The Process
At All Pro Painting we understand that hiring a contractor can be a stressful and frustrating experience. We know that it takes more than just a bucket and brush to deliver a successful paint job. That’s why, at All Pro Painting, we strive to make the process a world-class experience for our customers. From start to finish, you will be supplied with the full details of your job, so that you can be confident your home is being cared for by professionals who don’t cut corners.
The following is the procedure we follow to ensure we deliver on our word from start to finish, every time:
Free Written Proposal
When you contact us, we will come out and supply you with a free written proposal detailing all the specifics of your job. This proposal will clearly explain the scope of the work to be performed. It will specify products, application methods, number of coats, areas to be painted, specific individual requests and details, pricing and payment information.
Knowing the total scope of the work enables you to carefully evaluate the different bids you may receive and, , make an educated decision that is not based solely on price.
Scheduling
Upon receiving a signed copy of the proposal and a 1/3 deposit, we will put you on our calendar.
Contact
We will contact you seven to ten days prior to beginning the job to schedule the wash down and confirm your color selections. If you need help selecting colors, we offer a very reasonable color consultation service that will supply you with color assistance and samples. Two days before the crew begins your job, we will contact you and confirm their time of arrival.
Review
When the All Pro crew arrives at your home, our onsite foreman will introduce himself and the crew to you. They will review with you the written proposal, complete a pre-job walk around, and ask for any specific details or requirements that you may have for your home. They will confirm with you their commitment to do an excellent job.
Daily Update
At the end of every day, the onsite foreman will review the progress of the job with you. You will be able to discuss any concerns, questions, or specific issues at that time.
Inspection
On the day we plan to complete the job, our foreman will schedule a walk around with you to evaluate the job and identify any missed areas. He will fill out a punchlist for the crew to complete to ensure that every expectation has been met, if not exceeded, before we leave.
Payment
Once you have signed off on the completed punchlist, the crew will ask you to complete a customer comment card, and only then will we request final payment.
Interior Painting Process
Set-up
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.
Prepare
Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled, stains are sealed, and surfaces are scuff sanded.
Paint
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.
