1) In good running condition through proper vehicle maintenance.

The transmission should be serviced around 60,000 miles
Keep all receipts organized in van in turn into office.

The vehicle must be cleaned (interior and exterior) regularly to help maintain its good appearance for you and the company. A clean vehicle makes a good impression on customers

Vans need to be waxed once a year.
Daily efforts shall be made to keep the work vehicles clean, organized and with everythingin its place.

Windshields:
The windshield is a very important part of a vehicle, which means that repairing any windshield damage as quickly as possible is absolutely essential. Depending on the type of damage that your windshield has suffered, it might be possible to repair it. Windshield repair is a fast, safe and cost-efficient way to ensure that the windshield is in a good operational state. A good repair specialist should be able to fill in, cure and then polish a chipped windshield in about half an hour to an hour. If minor cracks, chips or dings are not repaired immediately they will most likely spread and require the whole windshield to be replaced.
SAFE DRIVING PRACTICES are essential in prevent most windshield damage. Do not follow large trucks and keep a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
